1. Email:  Normally, when I have a less time-sensitive issue, I basically email support.  Within a few hours, my issue is resolved. 
2. Chat:  Live support and sales chat has high availability throughout the day. 
3. Phone:  Even Hostgator’s first level support is very knowledgable and have good access to the Admins.  Sometimes, my question has been answered by being placed on hold for a short time, while the Tech talks to the Admins.  Great Service!
